What is this??

Dade City's Gingerbread World started 6 years ago as a small idea: engage the community to participate in something fun that carries the theme of our family real estate business. Our goal was for local families and local businesses to participate and display the houses and businesses next to each other in an exhibit for the community to enjoy, thus creating gingerbread replica of our community!

I just want to see the houses? How can I do that?

The cost to see the exhibit is free. We are partnered with the First Baptist Church as a hosting site and are partnered with Oasis Pregnancy Care Center as a fundraising recipient from donations and business partners. The exhibit takes place during all three nights of Dade City's Church Street Christmas. All you need to do is follow the signs (and the line ;-)) into the church!

I want to participate. Where's that info?

That's super easy and we'd be HONORED for you to join us? Whether you're an individual or a business, the forms are located here. As an individual, there's no cost to enter. As a business, there are three sponsorship levels to participate (including a level that doesn't require you build anything, that level just isn't near as fun...)

If i make something as an individual, what do i win?

Every year, Vitis Realty sponsors the event by donating the cash prizes (in the form of VISA gift cards) Last year in 2021, they supplied $1,200 in gift cards. Last year's breakdown was 1st/$500, 2nd/$300, 3rd/$200 and People's Choice (through voting tokens) was $200. Although the prizes have not been set yet for 2022, rest assured it'll be worth making that mess on your counter. ;-) Last year's winners can be seen here.
